The emphasis of all Slideways race days is on fun, fair competition, with our 9HP Honda powered European Sodi Karts all benchmark tested on our 700m long outdoor race track in Pimpama on the Gold Coast.
Once again in 2017 the Slideways Enduro Series will feature teams of three racers, with a few key changes to improve the running of the events.
By registering online, not only do you save money, but you save time checking in on race day. Once you are up and running with your password, entering for upcoming events will be a walk in the park!
This year, instead of running to a time certain finish, the race distance and pit windows will be based on laps, making the races much easier to control.
In 2016, the final two Enduro races ran cleanly start to finish, and both concluded on 88 laps after 65 minutes. So by rounding up to 90 laps, you get a couple of bonus laps thrown in, while the pit windows are now evenly spread throughout the race.
Another change is in the point scoring, which will be taken straight from the Sodi World Series website.
What this means is that all teams must be registered in the Sodi system to be eligible to score points. Signing up is a quick and simple process, and Slideways staff can assist you with this on race day.
