Early Birds Get the Discount for July Race Days!
Discount early bird entries are now open for both of our racing events at Slideways Go Karting World at Pimpama in July, namely:
July 2nd – Sprints for Senior Lights/Heavies, plus Junior & Cadets
Discounted entry closes 12:00pm this Monday (June 26th)
July 16th – Enduro for teams of three drivers
Discounted entry closes 12:00pm on Monday July 10th
The Sprint Race day format sees all drivers receive 10 minutes of qualifying ahead of two 10-minute long races, with the senior drivers split between over and under 80kgs, with the kid’s classes split between 7-11 years old, and 12-15 years old.
Many of the Cadet and Junior competitors have been honing their craft in the Slideways Junior Karting Academy, which provides weekly tuition for youngsters, teaching them the tips and tricks of going fast!
Meanwhile, the Enduro Series continues with the popular 90 lap/65 minute format, with a pair of compulsory driver changes. All drivers also receive a 10-minute qualifying session.
Highlights of all Slideways Race Days include:
- Free sausage sizzle at the end of morning trophy presentation
- All karts are benchmark tested prior to racing to ensure parity
- All races count for Sodi World Series points
