Do you have a genuine passion for Motorsport? There is an exciting opportunity to join our team! We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanic for our multi-storey indoor Eagle Farm venue.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position includes:
• Maintaining our fleet of high quality european Sodi Go Karts
• Provide a positive customer experience through a high level of kart performance and equality
• General Facility maintenance such as light cleaning
• 45 hours per week with overtime available
• Tuesday to Saturday roster
• Above award wages
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Able to ideally commence employment from the 4th of September
• Interest and a level of understanding of Motorsport
• Ability to diagnose faults
• Confidence in mechanical repairs, MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication
• Capacity to thrive under pressure
• Physically fit, and capable of working hands on, unsupervised
• Available to work throughout holiday seasons
• Reliable and highly organised
• Basic computer skills desirable
• Shows initiative and attention to detail
