Winners from the Slideways Go Karting World Pimpama Race Day Series hit Queensland Raceway yesterday for the ride of their life aboard the fleet of Slideways Hyundai Excels.
Passengers on the day included Olivia, Chloe & Ken Herbison, Liam & Clayton Hydes, Juliette & Stef Russell, Fraser Ward, Matt Hudson, Pete Brown, Christian Bishop, Lochie Crowther, Dean Ferguson and Mick Seeto.
Participants were the champions in their respective classes, while additional prizes were awarded to the Hard Chargers, for Outstanding Sportsmanship, and also the Best & Fairest.
Drivers on the day include 2016 & 2017 national champion Cam Wilson, three time Queensland champion Brett Parrish, as well as Slideways Karting Academy mentor Josh Brown.
The three cars were as per they finished the latest events, with the number 1 & 2 cars having finished first and fourth in the National championship at Wakefield Park in New South Wales, while the number 808 car of Robert Buckley was also a race winner during the season.
